Sounds

Silence is loud, or it at least exemplifies sounds which I wouldn't otherwise notice.

Between the videos and audio captured I've noticed the ear piercing silence that is night in Davis. Every sound I make is exemplified. My breathing and the dark tone of the footage makes me feel like I'm creating a horror film.

During the day meanwhile, the ambience is more understood, one car or truck passing by does not sound like a knife cutting through butter, the slow and continuous noise of cars, cyclists, and of my own breathing/footsteps create a white noise background of which now becomes the focus without any other focal vocal object.
